"As a real estate appraiser there are always oddball cutouts, angles, and setbacks that are difficult to get into a sketch of the subject property. Moasure One has made some of those issues MUCH easier to deal with. As an example my wife (also an appraiser) and I were measuring a large (over 6500 sq ft) modern home whose entry/staircase area was the sort of free form style that gives appraisers fits. With Moasure we were able to easily determine the second floor cutout, and the angles between the main stairs and the kick out at the bottom even though the exterior of the staircase was covered in natural creekstone and had NO flat surfaces at all. Having the ability to let the device infill the line between two points even though the "line" went directly through solid rock was great! Likewise, having the Moasure stick was useful when we had to reference an upstairs wall that was set away from a flying walkway by an open area (cutouts have to be extracted from the second floor) looking down into the living room. Lastly Moasure has been very useful in determining (and demonstrating) both true wall thicknesses at ground level, and areas where the exterior ground level rises above the interior floor level. As we appraisers all know, ANSI measurement standards are now required for all GSE work, and being able to say with a bit of certainty that the floor of the subject is, or is not, below grade is a HUGE time saver. Fewer callbacks from angry homeowners, lenders, and Realtors because we said their first floor is really a basement is worth the price of the unit just by itself. The Moasure One unit and the Moasure Stick have been more useful than we expected. We are looking forward to the coming updates and expect to see even more development aimed at the appraisal community. It is a good piece of kit now and will likely be even better later. Export PDF

Automatically generate a comprehensive PDF document of your measurement, including a diagram of the measured shape and corresponding measurements for each edge, as well as elevation data for each captured point.

PDFs are scaled - choose from ‘Scale to Fit’ or select a custom scale ranging from a precise 1:1 ratio all the way up to 1:500. PDFs include a full-page grid, a scale bar, and clearer dimensions and labels to bring your measurements to life with clarity and precision. Moasure supports a wide range of paper size options, including A0 to A4, as well as engineering paper sizes such as ANSI C to E.

Export DXF (AutoCAD/DWG Compatible)

Export 2D or 3D DXF files, which can be opened in all popular CAD applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, VectorWorks and ArcSite.

Export CSV

Export coordinate data as a CSV file. CSV files can be used for many CAD applications. The CSV file displays the measurements X, Y and Z values.
